If you're interested in being a vendor at the 2018 MCOA National Specialty,  please complete the application below.  You can either pre-pay for your space, or if you wish, wait until your application has been approved by selecting "Check Payment" as the payment option at checkout.

You may purchase tables, skirting, etc. by adding the "Table Setup" product to your cart.

Vendor Application


  • The undersigned Company/Organization does hereby make application to participate as a vendor at the 2018 MCOA National Specialty Show being held at Pheasant Run Resort, St. Charles, Illinois from May 14 through May 20th, 2018. This application will be a binding contract when accepted by the 2018 MCOA National Specialty Vendor Chair. Acceptance of the contract will be by written contact (mail or email) by the Vendor Chair.

    If the application is not approved, the 2018 MCOA National Specialty will refund any monies paid. The MCOA eserves the right to assign, designate, or change booth locations. Furthermore, the 2017 BMDCA National Specialty reserves the right to reject any applicant or vendor and will refund the amount he/she has paid for space. Each vendor, by leasing space, agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the MCOA and Pheasant Run Resort harmless from any and all claims and demands from damages caused or injuries incurred. Any and all liabilities are the sole responsibility of the vendor.

    The 2018 MCOA National Specialty will not provide overnight security services the nights of May 14th - May 20th; they will ensure the building is locked at night. There will be no security personnel on premises. The MCOA and its 2018 National Specialty will not be responsible for losses whether or not security is provided.

    Setup and tear down are not allowed during competition. The building will be available Monday, May 14th for setup. Full details will be provided by the Vendor Chair. Vendors must remove all items no later than 2 hours after the conclusion of judging on Sunday, May 20th.

  • In order to help everybody have a successful show, we are limiting the number of vendors with overlapping merchandise.
  • Please select all the dates that you will be vending at the National Specialty. There is no pro-rated pricing for less than the full week.
  • Booth space is being sold in 10 foot increments. A single booth space is 10x10. Additional 10 foot sections can be purchased by increasing the quantity. Electrical is included in the price; please bring your own extension cords.
